Circle of Friends for the Dying creates a safe and tranquil space where individuals with a prognosis of three months or less to live can reside in comfort. Trained staff provides care in a home-like setting. CFD has been chartered to open Jim & Lisas Circle Home, the first comfort-care home for the dying in the Mid-Hudson Valley. The home is made possible by the bequeathment of a lovely house owned by the late Jim Gohlke. It will support two residents and is set to open in 2022.
