Circle of Life Hospice Foundation

The colhf Hospice house project is to provide end-of-life care in a home setting for underserved individuals who cannot remain in their own home. The purposes is to be formed are to (i) receive and maintain a fund or funds of real or personal property, or both, and (ii), subject to the restrictions and limitations set forth in its articles or bylaws, use and apply the whole or any part of the income from such funds and the principal of such funds exclusively for scientific, educational or charitable purposes either directly or by contributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations within the meaning of section 501(c) (3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 and its regulations as they now exist or may subsequently be amended (collectively, the "code"), (iii) specifically provide Hospice care to indigent, terminally ill patients, and (iv) specifically provide education to the community .on the benefits of Hospice care.
