Citizens of the World Charter School-Kansas City

We provided an excellent education for 412 pre-k through 8th grade students with personalized instruction, project-based learning, inclusive classrooms, and social-emotional development. We focused on creating an equitable, inclusive learning environment where students grow to understand themselves both as individuals and members of a community. Students were empowered to encounter complex problems and advocate for positive impact. Our classrooms focused on the development of the whole person, including academic and social-emotional growth.
