Center for sustainable careers - Civic Works teaches job skills for "green" careers, provides-on-the-job training through weatherization of low income homes and provides job placement upon completion, training in solar, and brownfield remediation
Americorps program-participants receive employment training while performing essential services (e.g. Rehab of low-income housing and converting vacant lots to parks and gardens). Civic Works participants tutor & mentor high school students.
Elder services - Civic Works provides the facilitation of aging-in-place through fall prevention, case management and connection to services.
Clean corps is a multi-agency project led by the baltimore city department of planning as part of the baltimore green network. Funded by theamerican rescue plan (arpa) clean corps Works with baltimore-based nonprofits in partnershipwith 26 neighborhoods to clean and maintain community-selected vacant lots biweekly, alleys weekly, and public trash cans daily. Civic Works has hired unemployed or underemployed baltimore city residents to clean and maintain community-selected sites, including maintaining vacant lots, alleys, and trash receptacles in partnership with the neighborhoods' associations and residents.
Youthbuild - Civic Works provides construction training, high school diploma/ged assistance, and job placement services for at-risk balitimore city youth.
