Program areas at Civics First
Opm personal service agreement - Civics First is providing support for activities related to federal grants decided by the juvenile justice committee, including assisting opm's criminal justice policy and planning division with data collection and monitoring, gathering student-level attendance data from school districts, and organizing jjac-sponsored conferences, trainings and meetings.
Law related education conferences and curriculum - offers student conferences on legal issues to high school and middle school students. Also sponsors a high school and middle school debate program, a high school mock trial program, a high school forensic competition, constitution day activites and a number of teacher conferences. Materials and various resources are made available to teachers. Included a national mock trial championship during 2017.
