It is the mission of the Judiciarys activists within CSEA to work in a cooperative and aggressive spirit to strengthen the Union, to foster good relations with the Legislature, the Governors Office, the NYS Department of Civil Service, and the Unified Court Systems various departments, especially the Office of Employee Relations, all to secure positive change for the membership. To maintain quality of labor, negotiations if needed, representations to provide information and statistics, workshops and education. Strengthen the union.
