Civil Society's approach is proactive and community based. Civil Society developed and utilizes a nationally known best practice model, which brings to the forefront victimization, which often remain unreported. Civil Society uses its best practice model to provide comprehensive legal services to crime victims with funding from several sources.civil Society provided legal advice and services to callers who were themselves victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, or stalking/cyber-stalking in 2022. Civil Society provided a majority of its one-one-one legal services to minority individuals and their families, immigrants and refugees. As instructed per the irs, Civil Society has not included the value of donated volunteer time or inkind professional services in revenue and expenses, the estimated values of which was $377,287 for the year ended december 31, 2022.
