Clawson (Csi) Non-Profit Housing Corporation, is a Michigan Non-Profit Housing Corporation organized on a non-stock basis by csi support & development services, inc., a Michigan Non-Profit Corporation. The Corporation was formed in september 2021 to acquire, own, improve, and operate a Housing project located in the city of Clawson, oakland county, Michigan, known as Clawson manor apartments, and to provide decent affordable Housing for persons of low and moderate income, including elderly and physically handicapped persons and families, and services specially designed to meet their physical, social and psychological needs, and to promote their security, happiness, and usefulness in longer living, the charges for such facilities and services to be predicted upon provision, maintenance and operation of such facilities on a Non-Profit basis in a manner not inconsistent with the Michigan public acts of 1966.
