In 2023 Clean Miami Beach has hosted 95 shoreline cleanups removed over 29,212 lbs. of trash and inspired and educated over 4,219 volunteers. Additionally we joined 14 tabling events where we educated over 800 attendees about plastic pollution spoke at 8 speaking engagements with over 500 attendees and held 5 school presentations where we educated 943 students and inspired them to become ocean stewards. We also hosted 10 art workshops art activations where we turned 400 lbs. of microplastics into art.
