The 3rs program aims to improve the understanding of the u.s. constitution and our justice system through a unique curriculum addressing concepts appearing in end-of-year tests for government class students. It also helps students understand the vital importance of graduation, higher education, and developing a plan for their lives following high school. 860 students were served in the hybrid format. 192 volunteer lawyers, judges, and law students took part in teaching and mentoring activities.

By bringing together leaders from various groups focused on dei, legal education, and systemic reform, cci champions a comprehensive approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
