Program areas at Cleveland Peacemakers

Cleveland Peacemakers enages community youth and program participants through case management services. Services include interactive programming, workforce assistance, safe housing, court support, safe passage, educational support, and other community connections. Cleveland Peacemakers served 100 program participants. Deployed to 108 active scenes where shots were fired to support the victim and support the community with crowd de-escalation and crowd control. Hosted 8 community programs. 72 successful mediations in schools and community. Supported five cmsd high schools with our safe passages during school and after school. Provided mentoring with 26 men participating in cuyahoga county violence intervention program (vip) pilot expansion and graduated 8 participants from the programs with felony expungements. Responded to 168 priority one alerts received by the city of Cleveland community relations board. Provided 22 victims and/or their families with safe housing after being impacted by gun violence.
