Description
Climate Resolve champions equitable climate solutions through collaboration, working alongside communities that are most impacted by the effects of climate change. Our mission is to increase public awareness and address climate change through education, research, and promotion of solutions. We work in partnership with grassroots groups to advocate for marginalized communities, which include predominantly black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC).

Program areas at Climate Resolve

Climate Resolve works with communities that are most affected by Climate change impacts. The residents of these communities are predominantly black, indigenous, and people of color (bipoc). Our work includes advocating in partnership with grassroots groups, assisting communities to obtain funding for Climate solutions, and ensuring equitable implementation of Climate legislation. Examples of actions executed in fye 2023 include paving the way to cooler streets in pacoima, Climate planning in boyle heights, building resilient communities in baldwin hills, Climate action in the city of commerce, Climate Resolve at cop27, and helping cities become "ready for tomorrow" through our free grant writing assistance program.
