The organization is organized for the exclusive purpose of holding title to property, collecting income therefrom, and turning over the entire amount less expenses to exempt organizations. The individual line item allows the organization the ability to determine the timing and amount of the individual grants in order to facilitate the maximum benefit from limited funds. Additionally, this allows the trustees time to reconsider all requests as to appropriateness and urgency.
