Program areas at Clojurists Together Foundation
Distributed approximately $334,000 of grants to 35 developers and organizations of various sizes (and rapidly growing), supporting some of the most popular open source packages in the clojure ecosystem and therefore benefiting virtually every clojure programmer, as well as strategically sponsoring newer work.
Long term funding grants for open source clojure developers to maintain and improve their software, including allowing a prolific clojure developer (michiel borkent) to dedicate themselves to their open source work full-time.
Operate, maintain and improve clojars, the most important source of open source clojure and clojurescript packages. In addition to ensuring this core infrastructure remains reliable, we've added significant performance and security upgrades. This work was made possible thanks to toby crawley's efforts.
