Clothes That Work provides donated interview and work appropriate clothing and workplace image coaching to clothe, educate, and empower individuals to prepare them for employment success. They aim to be a leading workforce development resource for improving professional image and lives. In 2022, they served approximately 452 clients with the distribution of items of clothing to local job seekers with the support of 68 volunteers who contributed 3,105 hours of service to the organization.

Program areas at Clothes That Work

Clothes That Work provided services to 572 clients in 2023 through the clothing and coaching program by distributing professional interview and Work attire along with soft skill coaching to local job seekers which helps the clients look their best and feel more confident. Clients were served at both our on-site office and on the mobile unit. The workforce education initiative provided 220 workshops to 2,602 middle/high school students, college students, and resource-challenged adult clients with the skills needed to enter the workforce, maintain employment, or apply for college successfully. Our services were supported by 72 volunteers who contributed 2,607 hours of service to Clothes That Work.
