In 2023 we expanded our educational programming to include a lil' sprouts playgroup serving 10 kids in grant county (2 of which were lower income and given scholarships to attend) and continued with four weeks of summer camp serving 23 kids in grant county; (11 of which were lower income and given scholarships to attend). The farm also provided 14 on-farm events and workshops which included yoga, spring/summer/fall festivals, cooking classes, flower classes, etc. The farm had 9 farm stand days. We provided venue for events for chamber of commerce and local community member events. We provided over $1,000 of food to our two local food pantries in our community as well as weekly reduced priced produce bags to columbia basin cancer foundation which aided 20 cancer patients and their families during the summer and fall seasons.
