Targeted case management - provide an integrated approach to assist persons in designing and implementing mental health services and supports that are goal oriented and individualized.
Assertive community treatment (act) - community-based mental health services for individuals experiencing serious mental illness. The illness may interfere with a person's ability to live in the community, attend appointments with clinics or hospitals and manage mental health symptoms. The mission of act is to help people become independent and integrate into the community as they experience recovery.
Clubhouses and drop-in centers - provides directly and through subcontractors, locations where individuals can actively participate in programs designed to promote acceptance, enhanced socialization and personal and pre-vocational skill development.
