Co-Serve International models and cultivates servant leadership communities at places of learning around the world, with a vision that emerging leaders will be transformed in learning environments and live as servants in community. The organization supports partner educational centers involved in leadership training courses and development through grants and mentoring. Program areas at Co-Serve International

Leadership training courses and mentoring for students and participants around the world. In the 2022-2023 fiscal year, such courses were held for over 200 participants from eight countries: kazakhstan, ukraine, afghanistan, philippines, nigeria, thailand, china, and the usa. These courses were facilitated directly by our staff and volunteers and were held face to face on the ground in these countries or via on-line internet courses.
Global conferences and gatherings that bring together partners, students, and teachers from around the world to learn from each other and from leadership experts and practicioners about the best leadership practices. In the 2022-2023 fiscal year, this included two significant International leadership experience programs held in kazakhstan and Colorado, usa for 32 participants from seven countries. This also included on-line gatherings via the internet for about 50 regular participants from seven countries.
Through grants and mentoring, support the operation of partner educational centers who are involved in leadership training courses and leadership development. In the 2022-2023 fiscal year, we supported such centers in thailand, nigeria, the philippines, afghanistan, kazakhstan, and ukraine. In addition, to grants, this support involved mentoring and engagement with the staff of each of these centers. This included training and support for using our leadership training materials. These centers and their staff impacted at least 1000 people through their leadership programs during the fiscal year.
