Lesson plans are linked to our css library "bi - weekly pay for site coordinators / tutors initiated in jan.2023 "increased hourly pay for district teachers as an incentive to attract more teachers to our program "staffed each school with site coordinator and (2) tutors "health insurance benefits initiated for all salaried employees in april 2023 "added full a time office administrator "sponsored turkey drive with board members to provide over 150 turkeys to our Scholars' families "produced professional promotional video highlighting our program and mission "distributed over 400 holiday gifts to css students through community toy drive with strongsville city school district "cohosted family engagement events at all our partner schools.
