Coalition for Health Funding

The Coalition has successfully provided programming : (1) to educate and inform lawmakers, our members, and the public regarding all aspects of the federal budget process that may have an impact on public Health and Health research; and (2) to advocate for sufficient and sustained discretionary Funding for the u.s. public Health service, including strong and sustained Funding for a continuum of biomedical, behavioral and Health services, research, public Health detection and response, community-based prevention strategies, healthcare services for the medically needy and the education of the Health professional workforce.
