Our Care Portal ministry mobilizes volunteers to meet the physical, tangible, and financial needs of vulnerable children and fragile families in the local community, helping to prevent family crisis, disruption, and unnecessary foster custody. Care Portal also promotes family strengthening and assists those aging out of the foster system.
Care Communities ministry was created to provide wrap around to support families who are fostering, adopting, and providing kingship care for vulnerable children and enables longevity and sustainability to parents and grandparents of vulnerable children.
