Coalition of Oklahoma Breastfeeding Advocates (COBA) aims to create a state where all children have access to human milk. COBA's Ibclc Exam Fee and Education Scholarship Program strives to increase the number of International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) in Oklahoma, particularly individuals of color, with demonstrated financial need and/or work in rural areas. Additionally, COBA focuses on building organizational capacity, networking, education, promotion of public awareness, and advocacy for breastfeeding families across Oklahoma.
