Coalition - dedicated To advocacy and education that ends Homelessness through changing both lives and systems. the Coalition has worked cooperatively with community stakeholders To develop "the ten year plan To End Homelessness" which describes the most significant actions To take To End Homelessness including data systems, more prevention programs, more affordable and supportive housing, and better access To jobs paying a living wage.
Pay the rent first program - the Coalition provides first, last, and security along with year-long mentoring To Homeless families.
