Business technical assistance: on going business training & technical assistance, with consultations on credit building, ein applications, industry mandated surveys, new gear and technologies, permits and licenses (both renewal and start-up), sales tax exemptions and filing, and the various types of entities/organizations and filing requirements.
Continued disaster recovery assistance: comprehensive disaster relief & recovery assistance, with direct support pertaining to disaster grants, disaster loans, fema, referral services, and other miscellaneous disaster funding opportunities.
Economic development: community economic development and workforce development, through language access counseling and services and citizenship courses, work with state officials, lending institutions, ngos, and others to develop loan and grant programs that specifically support rural Coastal small businesses access capital fostering connections with government agencies to secure contract work, and partnerships with the area community colleges and technical training facilities for workforce development.
Environmental education & advocacy: environmental education and advocacy, through direct dialogue, group sessions, and working alongside stakeholders and policymakers to plan and adapt to the future.
