Cfha's programs and services are focused on education and training, research and advocacy. Through its annual conference, web-based materials, and special interest groups, cfha provides education and training on innovative, evidence-based models of Health Care delivery which integrate behavioral and medical Health Care practice. With a strong emphasis in facilitating research throughout its constituency, cfha convenes a research and evaluation committee charged with creating opportunities to actively participate in Collaborative, integrated Care research through training and formal mentoring modalities.
