College Achieve Public Charter Schools, Inc. starts, develops, supports, and manages Public Charter Schools in the state of new jersey - including developing facilities and real estate, hiring all leadership, providing the curriculum and the training. College Achieve's mission is to prepare all of its students to excel in and graduate from the best colleges and universities in the nation. College Achieve Public Charter Schools, Inc. has developed nine Charter school facilities at market or below market rents for our k-12 Public Charter Schools in three regions of the state of new jersey: paterson; plainfield and north plainfield; and asbury park and neptune township. This property development includes in most instances significant renovations, financing costs, and consulting and legal costs are funded by College Achieve Public Charter Schools, Inc. out of the proceeds of the rents, management fees and fundraising.
