The College Baseball Foundation fosters an appreciation for the historical development of college baseball and its impact on our culture by collecting, preserving, exhibiting, and interpreting its collections for a universal audience while honoring outstanding athletes. Program areas at College Baseball Foundation

The Foundation organizes a week of celebrations during the last weekend of june each year, to recognize the past and present greats of College Baseball. The week's events culminate with the induction of past outstanding athletes into the national College Baseball hall of fame and the recognition of present outstanding collegiate athletes during the College Baseball awards show. For 2016, 7 individuals were inducted into the national College Baseball hall of fame and 4 collegiate athletes and 3 coaches received awards.
As part of its mission to foster an appreciation for the historical development of College Baseball, the Foundation is in the process of creating a national College Baseball museum, which would showcase the national College Baseball hall of fame.
