The College Gurl Foundation's mission is to empower minority students to expand their horizons beyond their zip code and become the future leaders of tomorrow. They accomplish this through their DOES Summer Pathway Program, which includes a College Tour for 30 students, Financial Literacy Sessions, Field Trips, and a Scholarship Luncheon. Program areas at College Gurl Foundation

In partnership with DC Department of Parks and Recreation's (DPR), the College Gurl Foundation (CGF) is creating opportunities for DC residents in underserved communities to have universal access to life changing programs and services. The Recreation for All Program provides creative activities, exposure, recreational programs, and positive interaction.
The CGF Annual College Tour exposes 26 students to academic programs, cultural opportunites, and institutions to increase enrollment in higher education. Our tours are a life-changing opportunity to show students that college is possible.
