CollegeCommunityCareer empowers low-income, first generation high school students in the Houston area through a unique 7-year program that provides intense mentoring, guidance, and teaching. Our program has resulted in three times higher college graduation rates than the average in Houston, with 100 percent of our students graduating from high school and 92 percent enrolling in post-secondary institutions.
