The direct assistance disbursements paid to landlords, utility companies, doctors and pharmacies help cover utility shut-offs, eyeglasses, rent payments, gas cards, and doctor and dentist bills, medications, etc. Collier Senior center--golden gate accepts referrals from a wide number of local agencies.
