Program areas at CIADA
Sales of state of Colorado secured forms and bonds required to be used in Automobile sales transactions. Sales of forms are to all licensed Automobile Dealers regardless of the Association membership status of the dealer although members get a price break. Sales of bonds are limited to members with the occasional exception for salesperson bonds.
Provide news and information about the Automobile industry through publications from the organization and the national used car dealer Association and maintaining website.
Provide education and information to member and non-member Dealers to improve interaction with the public, to halt fraud, to support truth and accuracy in advertising, and to adhere to and honor guarantees. Assists Dealers from the initial dealer application to becoming a dealer.
Represent Independent Automobile Dealers before state regulatory agencies.
