CMWN reached 3,000 individuals through Peer Pathways to Wellness, PPTW. CMWN will deliver 15-20 WRAP or comparable wellness workshops to 100-150 individuals. CMWN surpassed our goal of reaching 3,000 individuals by reaching 4,840 in our fiscal year. CMWN provided 24 workshops to 149 individuals. 1,943 referrals provided in FY23 to other community resources. CMWN has met and exceeded this deliverable of 1,800 referrals 6,639 RTD Bus Passes distributed. Individuals living with mental health and or co-occurring conditions who are seeking recovery will have more seamless access to the full continuum of services they need to be well, including transportation and informed and appropriate warm hand-off referrals. 94 PSP successfully completed CMWNs PSP Training. CMWNs goal is to train at least 80 PSPs through eight total trainings. In total 32 PSP Supervisors attended 4 trainings. CMWNs goal is to train at least 20 PSP Supervisors through three total trainings. CMWN delivered four Quarterly Peer Networking events reaching 128 individuals. In total 133 PSPs received training on how to support someone in writing a Psychiatric Advance Directive, PAD.
