Colorado Technology Association (CTA)

Cta's most resource intensive event is the women in tech conference. This retreat-style event is hosted annually for over 650 women across the Colorado tech industry. The event features dynamic speakers and meaningful discourse on Technology trends, leadership and the opportunities and challenges women face while building careers in tech. The goal of the event is to grow the number of women in tech careers and in leadership positions within our state. In 2023 we hosted 611 women at the event.

Cta's third largest program is our annual Colorado tech summit + apex awards event. This event is part Technology conference, part celebration of the best in Colorado tech. The event includes powerful keynotes, dynamic panels, and interactive company showcases followed by a celebration of the people and companies driving the Colorado tech industry forward with the announcement of that year's apex award winners.

Cta's membership operations and activities, is our second largest initiative. Cta supports over 300 diverse members (which includes thousands of employees) from across business and Technology in the state. Through membership, companies gain a forum for business development and civic engagement, opportunities for professional development and access to influential thought leaders. Members of cta receive complimentary tickets to attend what we call Colorado tech's biggest networking event, c-level @ a mile high. This event gathers cio's from a diverse range of industries to connect with tech and business leaders in Colorado. The event facilitates business opportunities and networking for the Colorado tech industry. In 2023 we hosted 653 people at the event.
