A. To act for the benefit of the surrounding communities through the promotion of projects that will benefit the health, safety, and welfare of the communities.b. To establish and maintain a Community center, which will educate Community memebers and visitors about the unique geographical, environmental and historical aspects of the communities.c. To support capital improvements to the Community that will promote social welfare and combat Community deterioration.d. To work with other public benefit corporations to provide educational and charitable experience for members of the communities.
