Columbia Pacific Economic Development District (colpac) accomplishes its mission by administering federal and private philanthropic grants. We administer community Development block grants for small communities that do not have the expertise or capacity. Colpac conducts studies and analysis to support business and industry within our District. Colpac also administers a small business loan program.
