Education:to organize, produce conduct, manage and operate educational schools, facilities, seminars, classes, lectures and such other educational forums, in or about the central Ohio area, from time to time for the benefit of the Association and the multifamily housing industry.
Trade show:the central Ohio multifamily exposition is the caa's annual trade show and education conference. The caa's expo is central Ohio's largest multifamily industry show, attracting 600+ attendees who are anxious to build on their already established business relationships and shop for new services.
Member services:during the year, the membership comes together to share lunch and hear caa business, event and educational updates. A keynote speaker provides you with information on current events within your community and topics related to the multi-family industry. This is an ideal event for networking and name recognition.
