Independent production company initiative (respect on set): The Hollywood Commission has partnered with The coalition of immokalee workers (ciw), an organization heralded as "unique in The country" for preventing sexual violence (pbs frontline, "rape in The fields") in agriculture and other industries. Participants in The initiative will agree to abide by a production code of conduct, monitor behavior, report, and track. The program will also facilitate education and trainings.
Trainings, workshops, and roundtables: this program included a series of 8 panels that included over 650 attendees. Topics included power, bullying and toxic workplaces in Hollywood, creating cultures of respect, fireside chats, building accountability for dei initiatives, diverse teams, inclusive environments, and train The trainer compliance and workplace misconduct.education & outreach: education and outreach currently includes two trainings: bystander intervention training and inclusive sets and Harassment free workplaces.
