In september 2023, the organization sponsored a community town hall meeting, attended by more than 400 people, at which the organization's volunteers, consultants, representatives of various civic organizations and elected officials expressed their views regarding northwell health's proposal To redevelop the Lenox Hill hospital site. To support these activities, the organization engaged strategic consultants, land use and zoning consultants, healthcare policy consultants and lobbying and legal consultants.
