Commons Design Review Board

The organization's purpose is to reveiw, study and either approve, conditionally approve or reject proposed improvements on the property, in order to protect the value and desirability of the property and to promote the architectural and aesthetic compatabilities of improvements built on the property in accordance with restrictive covenants established for the property.
