We provide residential (24/7) services to adults with intellectual disabilities prior to the age of 18. Each consumers plan is driven by a person centered planning process. Additionally, we operate a community orientated community supports program which consumers may choose to attend. We segregate expenses by various numbered projects on our statement of functional expenses, which is included in the issued financial statements. All are similar in nature and therefore are shown on form 990 as a single program service.
