We work with school administrators, counselors, teachers and the community to assess needs, develop a plan and build a team to provide support to schools and students. Our students are matched with the resources they need to beat the odds, stay in school and graduate with a focus on their future! We provide a comprehensive case-management approach to meet identified needs, and to address underlying issues that hamper students success. In a concerted effort, our trained staff, partners and volunteers teach by example, encourage through affirmation and empower through opportunity.
