Performance learning centers: these are small, non-traditional high Schools that provide an alternative path to graduation for students at risk of dropping out, and a model developed by communitites in Schools (cis). Currently there are three performance learning centers: chattooga County, rome city and floyd County Schools
Parent engagement: training and screening parent volunteers, developing parent engagement activities for the performance learning centers mentioned above.
Mentor program: manages a school mentor program for both school systems (rome city and floyd County); recruiting, training, screening, and placing mentors in the Schools systems.
