Communities Lifting Communities advances systems change and promotes intercultural health equity through data analysis, prevention strategies, leadership development, advocacy, and partnerships. They lead Cherished Futures for Black Moms & Babies, a collaborative initiative aimed at reducing infant mortality and improving patient experiences and safety for black mothers and babies in South Los Angeles.
