Residential - cau provides community-based housing and support services throughout union county, nj for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Community support: Community Access Unlimited (cau) believes that with the right support, all people can lead independent, productive lives in the community.our services are designed to help people with special needs throughout new jersey maximize their potential. Our members work with dedicated staff and administration to build a support service plan that meets their personalized need. We're confident you will find everything you need at cau, including referrals and linkages to the appropriate resources.
Employment - we believe that all people can lead productive, fulfilling lives as contributing members of their communities. Comprehensive employment services at cau assist individuals with disabilities with an array of employment needs, from prevocational training to supported employment. In addition to the broad array of employment services we provide to people with disabilities and you-at-risk, cau also woks with schools to connect youth with vital services to enhance employment opportunities in adult life, and provides support to employers who are building an inclusive workforce with opportunities for people wiht disabilities.
