Residents - These are ICF Intermediate Care Facilities with 23 beds certified capacity. Its supervised community-based residences of individuals who are mentally challenged. The program is funded by OPWDD
Rental - A CRO/SRO community based residential opportunites for homeless individuals with mental illness and histories of chemical abuse. Community Action provides transitional housing, enriched clinical and support services to forty individuals. This program is funded by Office of Mental Health OMH.
Day Habilitation - Provides adults with developmental disabilities the opportunity to increase their individuality, independence and productivity whle increasing their inclusion in their community. This program is funded by OPWDD.
