Community Associations Institute - Coachella Valley

Coachella Valley Chapter of the Community Associations Institute is a membership organization. Its members consist of Community association volunteers, Community managers, business partners and management companies. the Chapter's primary program service is to serve the educational, business and networking needs of its members. the Chapter accomplishes this program service objective through various membership events help throughout the year and through its membership publication, quorum.

Cai-cv holds 240 hours of educational programs each year for their members and the public. There are 13 networking events. Cai-cv publishes 13 educational newsletters each year. They also publish brochures that inform their members and the public about specific hoa issues. For example, they publish hoa living for people moving into an hoa; Community association management as a career; the who me? Brochure to help board recruit new directors.
