Community living - provide life skill training and housing support for individuals with disabilities. The program has three major areas: 1) Community transitional support 2) life skills classes, and 3) home-based services.
Customized employment - provide job development and coaching for individuals with disabilities. Services also include hepling people with disabilities maintain their job or find a new job when a change is needed.
Self-determination support - provide social opportunities for people with disabilities. Services also include information and networking for families of adults with disabilities.
