Education, outreach & training are conducted each year at school, workplaces, neighborhood associations, etc. To inform individuals about Restorative justice practices and community conferencing as a method of resolving disagreements and fostering accountability. The community conferencing program is a conflict resolution and community building circle within the community. The juvenile justice program provides community conferencing services as a form of conflict resolution for juvenile legal cases. The schools program addresses conflicts involving students that could potentially lead to harm and disruption of the classroom environment.
