Community En Accion unites business and civic leaders to improve the lives of El Paso's Latino community by instilling pride and providing leadership. The organization prioritizes issues impacting the Latino community and proactively comes up with solutions. CEA provides timely information on economic, arts & culture, and education issues so that members can make better informed decisions in their organizations. Additionally, through the Young Achievers Forum, CEA provides mentoring opportunities.
