Small business loan programs -- to provide loans to area businesses that promote new jobs, revitalize established commercial areas, and rehabilitate residential neighborhoods and provide micro loans of $35,000 or less to micro businesses located throughout northwest Florida and southern Alabama.
Affordable housing programs -- to construct new housing units or rehabilitate existing housing units to provide affordable housing to low income tenants. Also, to sell single family affordable ownership units to low income, first-time homebuyers.
